When a faulty fuel injection component is diagnosed, it must then be repaired. To this end, Diesel Engineering Services have a total of seven testbenches. Each bench is set up for a specific fuel system. This allows us to offer us a fast, efficient and cost effective service.
Diesel Engineering Services was the first company in Ireland and the UK to repair and test Commonrail high pressure pumps and high pressure radial pumps (VP44, VP30/29). We were also the first company to repair and test Covec F EE-Prom and VRZ type pumps. Just recently we have commissioned the Bosch Commonrail injector test and repair concept. Again we are the first in the UK and Ireland to offer this to our customers. We also test and repair Denso Commonrail fuel pumps.
This technology is the future of fuel injection equipment and Diesel Engineering Services' willingness to invest in this equipment is a testimony to our commitment to our valued customers.
